Born in the Philippines and trained by a Japanese master chef in 1987, Antonio’s journey has taken him from the bustling kitchens of Dubai’s Hyatt Regency to leading roles at some of the UK’s most celebrated restaurants, including YO! Sushi, Rofuto, and Mizu Pan Asian Restaurant. His work has earned him an AA Rosette and multiple Golden Chopstick Awards, including Best Restaurant in England.
